I give permission for my child to participate in the Grand Prairie Arts Initiative Phase 3. I grant the Grand Prairie Arts Council and the Arts Center of the Grand Prairie permission to display my child’s work and to document the work for historical and publicity purposesand the use of photography to be used with social media and news organizations. I also understand the transportation is provided by the Stuttgart Public Schools to the Art Center and understandthat I am responsible for transportation home after class.
